Registration Confirmation
You will receive a written confirmation from ASCR for the meeting only within 10 days following receipt of your registration form. If you do not receive confirmation after 21 days, please call (443) 878-1000 or (800) 272-7012.
Non-Member Registration
ASCR memberships are for the company. If your company is not an ASCR member, please pay the non-member rates. You may request a membership application by visiting our website at www.ascr.org.
Attendee List
ASCR must receive your registration no later than February 7, 2006, to include you in the pre-registered attendee list. Please note that your name and company name will appear as you have indicated on your registration form.
Tour Participants
You do not need your badge to participate. ASCR staff will check in participants as you enter the bus. Pre-registration is required and no refunds will be offered. On-site tour registrations will be subject to availability.
Exhibition Hall Passes
Day passes to the exhibition hall are available for $25 and do not include lunch or the reception. You must sign in at the registration desk to receive your pass. Please note that any business solicitation is strictly prohibited except by companies who purchase a booth. First 200 guests are admitted for free.
What Does My Registration Include?
A full registrant fee (member and non-member) includes access to all educational sessions, the exhibition and one full set of meal tickets.
A spouse registrant fee includes access to the exhibition, the group pre-convention tour and one full set of meal tickets.
Attendees registering by 2/7/06 will receive a $75 discount on their fee.
What is the Dress Code?
Business casual attire is suggested.
