The Restoration Council presents the Certified Restoration Technician course, a unique, comprehensive entry-level training course for restoration technicians. Approximately half of the four-day course is geared toward "hands-on" training. Your instructor, Cliff Zlotnik, CR, CMH, WLS, covers fire, water and smoke damage basics -deodorization, ultrasonics, structure and contents cleaning including wood, wood furniture, books and duct cleaning. A test is offered at the end of the course which certifies the technician. Those who pass and become certified restoration technicians will earn a certificate. The RIA Water Damage Basics Skills Exam will be offered at an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received 30 days or more before the class date will be granted a full refund; those received with less than 30 days notice will be subject to a $100 per attendee processing fee. Substitutions are accepted at no additional charge. No-shows are not refundable.
